Stallings Gateway (Rebid)
The Town of Stallings will accept sealed bids for the construction of the Stallings Gateway Project located at the roundabout of Atrium Health Union West on Stallings Rd and Healing Way in Stallings, North Carolina 28104.
The Stallings Gateway project will include the fabrication and installation of an approximately 25 foot by 25 foot two-sided, internally illuminated gateway sign. Two additional standalone signs feature the Town’s wordmark and are illuminated as well. Conduit was installed under Stallings Road during the recent construction of the roundabout; allowing for the contractor to bring water and electric to the sign.

Requests for information shall utilize the pre-bid question form included in the project manual and be directed to the Landscape Architect via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All responses for information and addenda will be issued to https://dbdplanning.com/
A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held electronically on June 8, 2022 at 10:00 AM local prevailing time. Instruction to access the meeting will be emailed to bidders who submit their information to https://dbdplanning.com/
Sealed bids will be received and opened publicly on July 15, 2022 at 11:30 PM at the Town of Stallings, NC Town Hall in the second floor conference room located at 315 Stallings Road, Stallings, NC 28104 and should be clearly marked “Stallings Gateway” and addressed to Alex Sewell, Town Manager.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier’s check in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to Town of Stallings.
The Town of Stallings reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Vendors submitting bids are encouraged to solicit Minority Business Enterprise / Women’s Business Enterprise Participation in fulfilling their contract. The bid should indicate MBE/WBE areas of involvement.
The successful bidder shall comply with all Federal and State requirements concerning fair employment and treatment of all employees, without regard or discrimination by reason of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin or physical handicap.
