Establishing a Destination Quality Mountain Bike Park
Rocky Knob Park is situated on 185-acres just east of downtown Boone, NC. The park offers trails for all skill levels, public-use shelters, picnic areas and an adventure playground. Rocky Knob Park has become recognized as a premier riding destination as acclaimed by Velo News and Freehub Magazine. From grant acquisition, project management and community outreach, it has been an honor for Destination by Design to have worked to create this $2 million facility from concept to completion.
